Flavia was really warm and friendly. The tour was very interesting, lots of information about the origins and history of Venice. We walked around quieter areas which was good as would have missed these on our own. Also had a great view of the rialto bridge that we wouldn’t have known about.
She was also able to give us loads of advice regarding visiting other sights, island visits and ferries and gondola prices/rides.
We have never done one of these before but will definitely try others on visits to come.

Maurizio was a fantastic guide. Not only did he give 10/10 recommendations for food and restaurants, he also shared lots of interesting stories about local history and legends. I want to especially thank Maurizio for telling the truth, even though it’s uncomfortable for certain Americans at this time. Especially during the Olympics where a lot of tourists will be visiting the area, it’s important to continue to share history so that we can learn from our mistakes and work to make the world a better place.

Mauritzio presented us a very informative tour with details from history and small jokes. Very authentic and entertaining! I recommend! We felt very private as a group despite the dozens guests for the olympics as Mauritzio took us to very quiet corners.
