Absolutely brilliant! Our guide today was FANTASTIC! He said they this was only his second tour in English, he was so good, very approachable explaining all the little interesting things about Seville and giving recommendations. I had a chat with him about flamenco, Triana, bull fighting and he provided lots of interesting information! Great English too! His name starts with A.... can't remember it now 🤦🏻♀️ really sorry !! But he is a true gem for your team! And I've done these tours all around the world, today was one of the best tours! Thank you ❤️

Very informative and well prepared tour. Exceptionally friendly guide.
Of all the dream tourist destinations that Andalusia has to offer, perhaps Seville is one of the most spectacular and still relatively little visited. This ancient city of Phoenician origins was home to Romans, Visigoths, Muslims, Christians and a melting pot of countless Mediterranean civilizations. From those times of splendor, the city retains its multicultural charisma and magnificent monuments. With so many attractions to see and so much history to unravel, joining the Essential Free Tour of Seville is a great way to make the most of your trip, without overspending! Come join a local guide for a walk along the Guadalquivir River with a small group of interesting travelers. It will surely be the best souvenir you will take with you from your trip!
One of the absolutely must-see monuments of Seville is the magnificent Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built on top of an old mosque, this spectacular temple exhibits a harmonic mix of styles and a layout that is unique in the world. Next to this gigantic church is the Royal Alcazar and also the famous Archive of the Indies, located in the old Stock Exchange. After the first colonization of America, Seville became the economic center of the Spanish Empire, and of the world. Since the 18th century, the Archive has been dedicated to keeping countless documents of incalculable value that bear witness to the events of that historic conquest and the development of the Americas.
Walking through picturesque alleys and historic bridges, guests on the Free Tour of Essential Seville will arrive at the Tower of Gold. There you will learn where this curious name comes from, and also why this magnificent tower built during the Muslim period was used as a prison. In addition, you will find what relationship the famous opera "Carmen" has with the women who worked in the amazing Royal Tobacco Factory. During the tour, your guide will also share many amusing anecdotes about the dances, religiosity, and festivals that define the cheerful character and famous sense of humor of locals. And, of course, all participants will leave the tour with plenty of advice on which attractions to visit, where to find the most authentic restaurants, and what to order.
