I came to Barcelona alone and was searching for guided tours just to get a first impression of the city. I found first the "old town tour" and really enjoyed it. Our guide Mariella was amazing. She told us many facts about the history but in a very easygoing manner. She put jokes in between. So it was both: informative and fun! I highly recommend this tour and Mariella as a guide!

We were recommended to take this tour and so glad we did. We were partnered with Eric (a proud Dubliner) and another couple from the Ukraine and were treated to a splendid 2-hour walk around the Gothic quarter with a great history lesson. We would thoroughly recommend this to anyone wanting a little bit of extra knowledge about a truly remarkable city.

We believe that everyone, no matter their budget, should be able to experience and enjoy what Barcelona has to offer. We also believe that the price of the tour should correlate with your budget and how much you enjoyed it. Therefore, our tours run on a “Pay-What-It’s-Worth” basis. So at the end of the tour everyone can choose to contribute with what they thought it was worth. Our Tour Guides work for tips only and receive no other compensation for running the tour.
We are then able to set the start time to whatever suits you and make the experience more personal. This is also a great option for groups of 8 people or more that are unable to join our free tours together.
