I did the tour today at 17 o'clock from Moulin Rouge to Sacre Coeur. I unfortunately forgot the name of our guide, but it started with M and she said she's 25. She was lovely! Very friendly, good vibes and interesting facts. Also she spoke very clear and good English, so I could understand her very well. She also took care that we drink enough and felt comfortable (it was very hot). I would book a tour - especially with her - again, 100% :)

Leonie has shown us around amazingly in her beautiful neighbourhood in Montmartre - she was really nice and entertaining as well as incredibly competent. Thank you!
There’s nowhere quite like Montmartre. This famous Parisian district is brimming with history and elegance. From artist´s muse to the site of revolt, Montmartre has seen it all. Join us on the Free Tour Montmartre to explore this bohemian neighborhood and uncover some of its best-kept secrets. The star of this neighborhood is the majestic Sacre Coeur (Scared Heart) that presides atop the hill and offers visitors breathtaking views of the city. Here, guests on the tour will discover how the church was born from France's defeat in the Franco Prussian War and the ashes of the Paris Commune. After walking all the way to the top, the good news is that there are plenty of bars and cafés nearby to make a pitstop.
Montmartre’s other emblematic landmark is, of course, the Moulin Rouge, home of the Can Can. Back in its heyday, it was the place to be and its liberal attitude meant that royalty, artists, foreign dignitaries and ordinary people rubbed shoulders freely. Montmartre is the home of cabaret. Guests will also pass by one of the oldest cabarets in the district, the Au Lapin Agile. In 1905, Picasso immortalized the club in his famous work "At the Lapin Agile." The cabaret and Bohemian lifestyle of the area attracted countless artists. During the Belle Epoque, many artists lived or had studios here. On this tour, guests will visit Van Gogh's House and Le Bateau Lavoir, an artist’s club where Picasso painted his groundbreaking masterpiece “Les Demoiselles d'Avignon”.
Montmartre has been a source of inspiration for hundreds of artists. On the Montmartre Free Tour, guests will visit Le Moulin de la Galette, which has featured in paintings by Renoir, Van Gogh, and Picasso. They’ll also stroll down Rue L'Abreuvoir, a pretty street that has been depicted by countless artists. In Montmartre Cemetery, they’ll find the final resting places of many artists, writers, and performers, including Edgar Degas, Alexandre Dumas, and Dalida. Guests will also discover less well-known personalities buried there, who have fascinating stories to tell. During the tour, do not hesitate to ask your guide as many questions as you like. And, of course, guests will come away with a host of recommendations and tips for the rest of their stay.
