We had booked a 4pm tour. Having arrived 15 minutes beforehand (as advised) we waited & waited, no guide arrived. We waited until 16.30 together with others who had also pre booked. Very disappointing as we had traveled to the ‘Meeting point’ which was a long journey for us. As I said VERY DISAPPOINTING!
