Things to Do in Bruges

Bruges is arguably one of the most beautiful cities that you will ever visit in Europe. Apart from wonderful streets, there are many galleries where you can spend some time hunting down works by Flemish masters. Bruges is also home to some very indulgent and delicious cuisine. This city is the birthplace of Les Frites, or French Fries, and there’s even a museum (Frietmuseum) dedicated to the humble fried potato! Other local specialties include a wide range of chocolate and sweet treats. Head to Chocolatier Dumon for mind-blowing chocolate. Since Bruges is in Belgium, trying the beer at the popular 2be Beer Wall is a must. After all that food and drink, you'll need a rest, so take one of the canal boat tours and sit back to enjoy the beautiful sights of Bruges. And one last tip! Try to visit Bruges in December. You’ll find an incredible Christmas market that will fill you full of festive cheer.
