O tour levou-nos aos principais pontos turísticos de Florença e a Guia era simpática e deu-nos as informações turísticas fundamentais. Forneceram-nos phones pelo que conseguiamos ouvir, mas dado o excessivo número de pessoas que participaram no tour, a experiência foi muito menos interessante do que normalmente tenho noutros Free Walkings Tours.
