Alejandro did a very good job. He explained everything very well, always with a nice and interesting story behind.

We thought Alex the guide was very polite, started the tour on time, was very audible throughout and had many interesting, little-known snippets to share on Santa Cruz area.
The only improvement would be not to repeat the same info a number of times at different stops. A small thing to improve within overall a very good tour.
